These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VinylXStudio website and your purchase of products through our website.
By accessing, browsing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

VinylXStudio sells music products including vinyl records, cassettes, CDs and related collectible products.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities

- Introduce malicious code or harmful material
- Attempt unauthorized access to website systems

However, due to the nature of physical, vintage, collectible and pre-owned music products, minor differences may exist between product photographs and the physical product.
Where a product is described as vintage, used, collectible or previously owned, reasonable signs of age, handling or use may exist where disclosed or apparent from the product description.
Customers should carefully read the product description and condition information before placing an order.
4. Authenticity and Product Condition
VinylXStudio makes reasonable efforts to verify and inspect products before dispatch in accordance with its business practices.
Where applicable, product descriptions may contain information about pressing, edition, condition, catalogue details, sleeve condition or other characteristics.
Customers should understand that vintage and collectible products may have characteristics associated with their age and history.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, normal age-related characteristics of vintage or pre-owned products should not automatically be considered manufacturing defects or transit damage.
5. Product Availability
Products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
We may update, discontinue, modify or remove products from the website at any time.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to an unexpected availability issue, we may contact the customer and take appropriate steps regarding the order and payment in accordance with applicable law.
6. Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the website are accurate.
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors or circumstances permitted by applicable law.
7. Orders
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.
An order may be subject to verification before fulfilment.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

- Suspected fraudulent activity

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be handled through the applicable payment method or payment provider, subject to applicable law.

Payments on our website are processed through Razorpay or the applicable payment-processing system integrated with our website.
Cash on Delivery is not currently available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete payment and fulfil the order.
An order may not be considered successfully placed until the payment process has been completed and the order has been accepted/confirmed by VinylXStudio.
9. Shipping and Delivery
VinylXStudio currently ships orders within India only.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful order confirmation, subject to product availability and other circumstances.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on:
- Destination state/city
- Courier partner
- Serviceability
- Weather
- Holidays
- Operational disruptions
- Other circumstances outside VinylXStudio’s reasonable control
A delivery delay does not automatically constitute a product defect or make an order eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.
10. Exchange Policy
VinylXStudio’s exchange policy is separate from these Terms and must be read before placing an order.
Exchange is generally available only in circumstances covered by the VinylXStudio Exchange Policy, including eligible damage occurring during transit.
The detailed requirements, reporting period and procedure stated in the Exchange Policy apply to exchange requests.
The customer must report an eligible issue within 24 hours of delivery, as required by the Exchange Policy.
11. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
Where an exchange request relates to transit damage, the customer must comply with the requirements stated in the Exchange Policy.
A complete, continuous and unedited/un-cut video of the unboxing process is required where specified by the Exchange Policy.
The video should clearly show the package from the beginning of the unboxing process through the opening and inspection of the product.
A video that has been cut, edited, interrupted or otherwise does not provide a continuous record of the unboxing may not satisfy the requirement.
If the required unboxing video is not provided, or if the submitted video does not meet the requirements of the Exchange Policy, VinylXStudio reserves the right to decline the exchange request.
This requirement exists to help establish the condition of the package and product at the time of opening and to protect both customers and VinylXStudio against fraudulent or unverifiable damage claims.
12. No General Change-of-Mind Exchange or Return
Unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable Exchange Policy or required by applicable law, VinylXStudio does not provide exchanges or returns merely because a customer:
- Changed their mind
- Does not like the product
- Ordered the wrong product
- No longer wants the product
- Expected a different personal preference or listening experience
Eligibility for an exchange is determined according to the applicable Exchange Policy.
13. Exchange Requests and Policy Compliance
VinylXStudio reserves the right to review and verify exchange requests.
An exchange request may be declined where:
- The request is submitted outside the applicable reporting period
- The claimed issue is outside the scope of the Exchange Policy
- The required unboxing video is missing
- The unboxing video is cut or edited
- The customer does not provide the information or evidence reasonably required under the Exchange Policy
- The product or packaging has been altered, damaged or misused after delivery
- The claim appears fraudulent, misleading or abusive
- The customer otherwise fails to comply with the Exchange Policy
VinylXStudio’s decision will be based on the information and evidence available to it, subject to applicable consumer rights and law.
14. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
VinylXStudio takes fraudulent or deliberately misleading claims seriously.
Where there is evidence of fraud, fabricated evidence, manipulation of unboxing footage, deliberate damage, repeated abuse of exchange procedures, false statements, threats, harassment, or other unlawful conduct, VinylXStudio reserves the right to take appropriate action, including refusing the claim and pursuing available legal remedies where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a customer from exercising any legal rights available to them under applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including:
- Logos
- Brand names
- Text
- Product descriptions
- Photographs
- Graphics
- Website design
- Original written content
are owned by or licensed to VinylXStudio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or reasonable costs suffered by VinylXStudio arising from your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent activity, intentional misuse of the website, or violation of these Terms.
This provision does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
20. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
VinylXStudio and its customers should first attempt to resolve genuine concerns through customer support.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection laws.
Where legal proceedings are otherwise appropriate and legally maintainable, the competent courts/authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law shall have jurisdiction.
